Abbotsford Juniors Football Club has received updated advice from the Canterbury and District Soccer Football Association (CDSFA).  This advice is current as at Friday 15th May 2020.

As of midnight Tuesday 17th March 2020, all football activities ceased in the CDSFA including games and training until further notice.  Despite a relaxation of COVID-19 regulations and restrictions in New South Wales on Friday 15th May 2020, organised community sport and training remain prohibited.

Please note that the Association and the Club, wish to emphasise that the Football community continues operating in a very fluid situation.  The sporting landscape in Australia is changing very quickly and we want to stress that the advice shown above is as at today.

The health and welfare of players, coaches, managers, club volunteers and officials is the paramount concern of the CDSFA. The Association will be following advice from the Chief Medical Officer of Australia and the network of State Chief Medical Officers, and will continue to communicate on a regular basis with its members and stakeholders.

Thank you in anticipation of your co-operation as we collectively deal with this medical and public health issue.
