Thank you to those players, coaches and managers who have completed registration with Abbotsford Juniors Football Club in 2023. With the closure of the initial registration period on Sunday 12th February, the Club is working hard to process registrations and allocate players to teams. This process will continue over the next 2 weeks (and beyond in many cases) ahead of team submission to the Association for grading.
Over the next 3 to 4 weeks, all registered players with Abbotsford Juniors Football Club will be receiving an important email from the Club. This email will contain a Voucher Code for each player, allowing the player (or parent) to order a single pair of shorts and socks from the AJFC Club Store without cost - however delivery charges will apply.
Playing jerseys are not orderable via the AJFC store. Jerseys will be ordered and distributed by Abbotsford Juniors to team coaches and managers to allocate to players prior to the season commencement. All jerseys must be returned to the Club at the end of the season.
AJFC playing kit (shorts, socks and goalkeeper kit) and merchandise can be ordered from the new Abbotsford Juniors Football Club Store operated by Belgravia Apparel. The store is also accessible from the AJFC website.

Voucher Codes
Voucher codes are a single use code. Once a code that has been assigned to a player has been used, it cannot be used again. Do not share your code with another player.
Codes are only issued by the Club once a player is assigned to a team. This means there may be a delay between acceptance of a player registration and their assignment to a team, particularly in age groups where there is a significant movement or change to team composition. Our Club registrar is working as quickly as possible to ensure players are assigned to teams but where uncertainty exists around whether a team can be formed, this may result in a delay to a Voucher Code being issued.
If you have not received your Voucher Code email by Friday 24th February and more than 14 days have passed since you received a registration acceptance email from the Club (via Dribl), please contact the Club at registrar@ajfc.net.au with the player’s name and Dribl ID.
Order Deadline for Season Commencement
Players should ensure they complete registration with the Club in Dribl no later than Sunday 12th March and place an order no later than Sunday 19th March to ensure that they receive playing kit for the start of the 2023 Winter season. Orders placed after this date will still be fulfilled but may not be received in time for season start.
A Special Note for Families
Where your family has more than one player registered with the Club, you may receive a single email with codes specified for each player in your family. In 2023, you can place a single order for multiple players and enter the corresponding Voucher Code for each player. This means that all playing kit for your family can be ordered and delivered as part of a single delivery.
As explained above, Voucher Codes will be generated for each player by the Club as they are assigned to a team. This means that members of your family may receive their Voucher Codes at different times, subject to team confirmation.
Delivery timeframes for Playing Kit
Playing shorts and sock orders may be placed as the online store opens Monday 20th February 2023 and you have received your Voucher Code.
As the production of Club’s playing kit is a bulk order, all playing kit orders will be pre-ordered and held until such time as production is complete. Shipments of all orders to a player’s nominated delivery address will commence from Monday 20th March. No collection from store is available this year.
Sizing Questions
Sizing information regarding the new playing kit for 2023 is available in the online store. However, we know that many people may wish to try on a kit to confirm appropriate sizing for their player. The Club will be conducting one or two sizing sessions (on weekends) for players to come and try on sample kit. These will be confirmed and announced via email, social media and the AJFC website.
